Damiana

Damiana or Turnera Diffusa is native to Mexico and the Southwestern United States and is a major remedy in Mexican medical folklore.

It has been used for the treatment of impotence, sterility, diabetes, kidney disease, bladder infections, asthma, bronchitis, sex enhancer, chronic fatigue and anxiety.
It's popularity as a sex herb is huge and growing.

Damiana has a reputation for being an aphrodisiac primarily for women, and is a natural sex remedy for women, but can be helpful for men as well.

Damiana helps when there has been a loss of vitality in the sexual organs by providing needed oxygen to the genital area and thus acts as a sexual rejuvenator.

The most commonly used part of the plant are the leaves although some preparations also contain the stem.

Damiana is widely available in health food stores as tablets, extract or tea.

It is generally suggested that you discontinue usage after two months if no positive results are noted.
Many herbs take at least 4-6 weeks to be of any benefit, so 2 months should be enough to see whether you feel any benefits or not.

There is some information that indicates that Damiana may interfere with iron absorption, so do monitor iron levels if using for longer  periods.
